For weddings, a one day rental requires a $1000 deposit and a two day rental requires a $1500 deposit. The save the date fee is not refundable.
There is a $200 cleaning fee added to each event.

Yes, we have an onsite bridal suite.
There are multiple Airbnb’s in the area and a Holiday Inn Express four miles away in Brookville, OH that has I-70 interstate access.
No confetti, no pouring of glitter, no artificial flower petals used on ceremony site by flower girls (need to be real flower petals), no real indoor flames allowed if you are using our glassware and linens.
We provide tables, chairs, black linens, floorplan and centerpiece workshops, and total access to our Something Borrowed & Blue Boutique. We also have three unique locations onsite that are all included in your rental (Ceremony site sits in front of a 4 acre pond, Pavilion, and large main hall/reception area.

Vendors must coordinate with our client to organize set up and tear down during rented days and times.
Yes, we either require a Host Liquor Liability Insurance Policy (costs about $185 and Must use Heeter Insurance in Lewisburg, OH) or a Day of Event Policy (costs about $135 and Must use Heeter Insurance in Lewisburg, OH)
With our Certificate of Occupancy we may accommodate up to 250 guests.
We have one- and two-day rentals. One day rentals have access to the venue from 8:30 am – 11:30 PM. Two-day rentals have access to the venue from 8:30 am – 11:30 PM on event day and 12-8 PM day before event.
Clients have the options to move their event indoors or to our Pavilion.
We have a large paved parking lot that can accommodate up to 200 vehicles. Yes, our property is accessible to those with disabilities, everything is ground level except the catering kitchen.
Yes, we have two stalls for each men and women.
Yes, with a two-day package you are welcome to hold a rehearsal run through and dinner at the venue during the allotted times.
We allow one reschedule per client because we know that “Life Happens”. Clients will be rescheduled during non-peak wedding season, 3rd Weekend in November through 3rd weekend in April.
We finalize all details with our clients the week of their wedding or event.
We work with each client throughout the booking process until the end. Our clients will have access to our team anytime throughout the planning process and may schedule an appointment any Thursday evening we are onsite to view décor, measure items, bring family onsite, show vendors around.
